Terms of use – ARV

•  Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

Cancellation and Returns

You may cancel the booking 48 hour prior to the time of journey, with 10% cancellation charges for all services. In case cancellation or shorting of the trip is requested within 24 hours of the pick-up time.

• Airport transfer: No Cancellation Charges if Cancelled at least 2 hours prior of pick up time.
• If we have tie up with any company and the vehicle booked will be subject to availability. In a case where the car booked is not available on the day of travel the customer will be provided.

 Booking / Secureness / Service Term  

• A booking voucher will be sent to the traveler over email when he completes an online car booking with us.
• Driver & car details approximately before an hour from the pickup time by SMS and email or using with board to read at given location.
• If customer used our service then he directly book/amend the car discuss with driver for any booking for same day or next day without notice to given reservation number of this website .Then we will be not responsible for service, mishappens & reliability of drivers.
• The most important thing about traveler safety if you have made booking with us. Our driver will report your given location, Firstly Just confirm driver details as well as car details given by us so you can get right vehicle for your safety reason.

Billing

• Duty slip has to be filled by the customer, if this has not been done by the customer no disputes will be entertained later. The start and end distance in Kms will be calculated from our garage. Driving speed of the vehicle as per the directions of the local transport authority only. Parking charges, toll charges, state taxes and entry fees etc. to be paid by the customer.

• Any form of discounts are only applicable only on the basic fare and cannot be made available on extra charges like toll, taxes, charges on for extra Kms consumed if applicable, charges for extra hours consumed if applicable, driver allowance, parking, night charges, unless specified.

• Customer is liable to pay waiting charges in the case of delay (be it for any reason) exceeding more than 20 minutes from the scheduled pick up time.

• For one way oustation trips the customer will pay for any additional charges in the case where the driver needs to cover additional distance (or) needs additional duration to complete his return journey (whichever of these two higher).

• Any form of discounts are only applicable only on the basic fare and cannot be made available on extra charges like toll, taxes, charges on for extra Kms consumed if applicable, charges for extra hours consumed if applicable, driver allowance, parking, night charges, unless specified
• Car air-conditioner will not work on hilly routes & also when the vehicle is not in motion. The customer is also not expected to request driver to make the air condition operational in the afore mentioned cases.
